Dr. Leung is the Founder of Kamwo Herbs Inc., located in New York City. He has over forty years’ experience in practicing Chinese herbs. He is the chairman of the Association of Chinese Herbalists, and a member of the Council Board of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies. Dr. Leung has nearly 40 years of clinical experience in dermatology. His creams have been utilized for years in the Chinese community because of their high level of success and top quality.

Thomas is currently the owner of Kamwo Herbs. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Professional Studies and a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. He is a fourth generation TCM practitioner and has been schooled in Chinese Medicine since childhood. Mr. Leung’s background in Pharmacology and Chinese Medicine allows him to have a unique perspective on TCM and often regarded by others as a bridge between TCM and western medicine. Mr. Leung has been a member of Pacific College Herbs Faculty since 2001.

Joey is responsible for formulating and aligning Kamwo WEB strategy with business initiatives. Leading the Kamwo team, he successfully establishes the company's WEB presence through new services such as Kamwo Practitioners Online and Kamwo's Online Store.
MSTOM, L.Ac., LMT Chief Operating Officer
Chava holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies and a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine, and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Massage Therapy all from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She is a licensed Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist in the state of New York. Chava has completed postgraduate studies at Yue Yang Hospital in Shanghai and at Eye Hospital of China Academy of C.M.S.in Beijing. Her love of herbal medicine led her to start working at Kamwo as a student and she is happy to continue to contribute to this wonderful community.

Judy has been with Kamwo for over 10 years. She is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and customer service at Kamwo Meridian Herbs.

Cynthia earned her Master Degree in Oriental Medicine from where she is now an adjunct clinic supervisor at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Her concentrations are on weight management and internal medicine. She gave continual education seminar to her fellow colleagues and looking forward to providing peers in more in depth clinical applications seminars.

Yong is a graduate of Tongji Medical College in Wuhan, and Beijing Traditional Chinese Medical College in Beijing, China; as well as a Scholarship recipient in the Department of Clinical Pharmacology, Royal Postgraduate Medical School in London, England. Most recently, he held the position of Chief Acupuncturist/Coordinating Manager for Harlem Hospital Center's Psychiatric Department Chemical Dependency Program. He brings with him more than 50 years clinical experience in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal medicine.

Hong Wei Zhang graduated from the Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1990. She has been a teacher, researcher and practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China, Japan and the United States for over 25 years. Her specialties include treatment of HIV, cancer, gynecology and neurological disorders.

Angela is a Licensed Acupuncturist and herbalist in NYC. She came to study Chinese medicine through her practice of Tai Chi Chuan and Ving Tsun, and enjoys sharing her knowledge by teaching martial arts in Brooklyn, NY. Angela is excited to be on the Kamwo team and is always working to promote the benefits of Chinese medicine to a wider audience.

Si Meng U has been the friendly face greeting Kamwo customers for many years. Not only does she works in customer service but she is also herbally trained to dispense formulas in the herbal prescriptions department.
Jenny has been with Kamwo Herbs for over 10 years. She oversees the mail order department and makes sure that each order is filled and shipped out on schedule.

Jian has professional pharmacy training in China and has over 10 years experience in Zhenjiang before joining Kamwo’s dispensary staff. He oversees the filling of herbal formulas and quality control.
Run Sheng has joined our professional dispensary team in 2004. He has extensive training and work experience in GuangZhou province. His work experience is exemplary of our dispensary team’s commitment to quality.
Herbs Warehouse Manager
Run Xiong conducts many of the back of house duties that we rely upon to keep our dispensary running. Some of his duties includes: the cleaning, cutting, processing, pao zhi processing, powdering, etc. He is in charge of passing on the Kamwo tradition.
