All custom order labels include pertinent practitioner and patient information, dosing instructions, and expiration. Including ingredients on your label is optional. Upload a jpeg image of your clinic logo to your E-Script account, to be applied to all of your patient orders.

Traditional formulas dispensed to patients can have your custom logo applied as well. Look for the Apply Custom Rx Label button on the product listing, and choose to apply your label with custom instructions.
